To ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment for all guests, Juniper Mountain House is an adults-only lodge. Exceptions may be made for whole lodge bookings and events.

We allow well-behaved adult dogs in our Boxelder King Junior Suite and Evergreen Deluxe King Room with a $25 non-refundable pet fee per dog.

Uber and Lyft are not always reliable in our area. We highly recommend a rental car to get around Evergreen.

We have a self-serve bar stocked with local beer and wine. We do not have a full restaurant, but there are lots of great restaurants within a 10-minute drive of our property. Ask us for recommendations or add on one of our pre-ordered packages.

Yes, every guest room has a television with 150 cable channels for your enjoyment (though we recommend you get outside and play).

Once you park, make your way to the front door and ring the doorbell. You will be greeted on arrival and given a tour of the property. If self-check-in is preferred or you have a late arrival, please let us know.

Yes, Juniper Mountain House has a free parking lot with five parking spots.

Is smoking permitted in the rooms?2025-05-08T21:25:37+00:00

No. Juniper Mountain House is a non-smoking property inside, on the deck and in the hot tub. Smoking is allowed in the paved parking lot only. There is a $400 room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition. As Colorado is a dry climate and very susceptible to forest fires, please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the woods.

No, there is not a common area kitchen or refrigerator available for guest use. There is a microwave and an ice machine in the bar. All rooms with the exception of the Aspen Corner King Room have a mini-fridge in-room.
